【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理是當(dāng)下全球熱門議題,包括基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息治理等眾多內(nèi)容。中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)空間的重要力量,在積極主動(dòng)地參與世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)秩序的過(guò)程中,我們必須對(duì)既有的治理體系有深入了解和反思。來(lái)自新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)的汪炳華教授于2016年當(dāng)選國(guó)際傳播學(xué)會(huì)的主席,成為新聞傳播學(xué)頂級(jí)學(xué)術(shù)組織的首位亞洲主席。他的研究專長(zhǎng)集中在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)政策法規(guī)和治理,在這個(gè)領(lǐng)域積累擁有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和研究成果。本次訪談全面系統(tǒng)地探討了這個(gè)領(lǐng)域中的核心概念、歷史發(fā)展、組織關(guān)系、相關(guān)爭(zhēng)議性話題以及中國(guó)在此全球脈絡(luò)中所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Internet governance is a hot topic in the world, including infrastructure, network security, network economy and information governance. China has become an important force in the global Internet space. In the process of actively participating in the world Internet order, we must have a deep understanding and reflection on the existing governance system. Professor Wang Binghua, from Nanyang Polytechnic University in Singapore, was elected chairman of the International Communication Society in 2016, becoming the first Asian president of a top academic organization in journalism and communication. His research expertise focuses on Internet policy, regulation and governance, with rich experience and research results in this field. This interview comprehensively and systematically discusses the core concepts, historical development, organizational relationships, related controversial topics and the opportunities and challenges that China faces in this global context.
