【摘要】：官僚制的發(fā)展和變革與中國(guó)政府治理現(xiàn)代化密切相關(guān)。新中國(guó)成立前,傳統(tǒng)中國(guó)官僚制不但缺乏民主性和公共性,而且理性化不足,這構(gòu)成中國(guó)政府治理現(xiàn)代化的原起點(diǎn)。中國(guó)國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化以工業(yè)化為象征性起點(diǎn),政府治理模式變遷也是如此。現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)國(guó)家治理已經(jīng)逐漸步入全面深化改革時(shí)期。在行政生態(tài)環(huán)境越來越復(fù)雜的背景下,我國(guó)政府治理現(xiàn)代化必須超越單一治理模式的簡(jiǎn)單認(rèn)知,探索一種建立在理性治理和民主治理高度發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)上的復(fù)合型治理模式。
[Abstract]:The development and reform of bureaucracy are closely related to the modernization of Chinese government governance. Before the founding of New China, the traditional Chinese bureaucracy was not only lack of democracy and publicity, but also lack of rationality, which constituted the original starting point of the modernization of Chinese government governance. China's modernization of governance takes industrialization as a symbolic starting point, and so does the change of government governance model. At this stage, China's state governance has gradually stepped into a comprehensive deepening of the reform period. Under the background of more and more complex administrative ecological environment, the modernization of government governance in our country must go beyond the simple cognition of single governance model and explore a complex governance model based on the high development of rational governance and democratic governance.
