【摘要】：信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展形成了"社區(qū)式"虛擬社會(huì),虛擬社會(huì)與現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)中的政治安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、社會(huì)安全、文化安全、心理安全等交織形成諸多復(fù)雜矛盾。如何應(yīng)對(duì)虛擬社會(huì)安全問題,是新時(shí)期各國(guó)普遍面臨的難題,也是加強(qiáng)國(guó)家治理能力現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要命題。本文通過剖析當(dāng)前虛擬社會(huì)中面臨的各類安全問題,及時(shí)厘清各類安全問題漏洞產(chǎn)生緣由,進(jìn)一步從立法構(gòu)建、技術(shù)提升、文化自覺、心態(tài)培育層面提出治理虛擬社會(huì)環(huán)境的具體路徑:加快虛擬社會(huì)安全治理立法調(diào)整,提高適應(yīng)虛擬社會(huì)發(fā)展的信息技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與應(yīng)用,加強(qiáng)宣傳形成虛擬社會(huì)下的文化自覺,培育健康的虛擬社會(huì)心態(tài)等。
[Abstract]:With the further development of information network technology, a "community type" virtual society is formed. The virtual society interweaves with the political security, economic security, social security, cultural security, psychological security and so on in the real society. How to deal with the problem of virtual social security is a difficult problem that all countries are facing in the new period, and it is also an important proposition to strengthen the modernization of national governance capacity. By analyzing all kinds of security problems in the current virtual society, this paper clarifies the causes of various security problems in a timely manner, and further discusses the legislative construction, the promotion of technology, the awareness of culture. At the level of cultivating mentality, the author puts forward the concrete ways of managing the virtual social environment: quickening the legislative adjustment of the safety governance of the virtual society, improving the innovation and application of information technology adapted to the development of the virtual society, and strengthening the propaganda to form the cultural consciousness under the virtual society. Cultivate a healthy virtual society mentality and so on.
