【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)治理建立在主體性范式基礎(chǔ)之上,通過主體性原則來實(shí)現(xiàn)政府在社會(huì)治理中的支配性地位,但這導(dǎo)致自我中心化的傾向,陷入政府治理危機(jī)。20世紀(jì)后期,主體間性范式的提出,將社會(huì)治理視為政府與社會(huì)之間的交往過程,社會(huì)治理的內(nèi)涵和外延得到了很大的拓展。主體間性理論的提出使得社會(huì)治理成為主體間共同參與、共同在場(chǎng)的行動(dòng),而不再是政府的壟斷行動(dòng)。但是,主體間性的社會(huì)治理模式試圖在溝通、協(xié)商的過程中促使形成共同決策的想法,在當(dāng)前的主客體中心-邊緣結(jié)構(gòu)中難以實(shí)現(xiàn),因而變成在想象中構(gòu)建的烏托邦式的交往世界。當(dāng)前,他在性原則的出現(xiàn),是對(duì)主體性原則的徹底顛覆,意味著一種新的理解政府與社會(huì)關(guān)系的社會(huì)治理模式的產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:The traditional social governance is based on the subjective paradigm and realizes the dominant position of the government in the social governance through the principle of subjectivity. However, it leads to the tendency of self-centralization and falls into the crisis of government governance in the late 20th century. With the development of inter-subjectivity paradigm, social governance is regarded as a process of communication between government and society, and the connotation and extension of social governance have been greatly expanded. The theory of intersubjectivity makes social governance become the action of participation and presence of the subject, but no longer the monopoly action of the government. However, in the process of communication and negotiation, the inter-subjectivity social governance model attempts to promote the formation of the idea of common decision-making, which is difficult to realize in the current subject-guest center-edge structure. As a result, it becomes the Utopian world of communication constructed in imagination. At present, his appearance in the principle of sex is a complete subversion of the principle of subjectivity, which means the emergence of a new mode of social governance to understand the relationship between the government and the society.
