【摘要】：從公共政策視角探討政治信任,對于提升政治信任具有重要意義。在公共政策視角下,政治信任主要包括政策問題建構(gòu)信任、政策規(guī)劃信任、政策執(zhí)行信任、政策評估信任以及政策終結(jié)信任五個方面。政治信任主要來源于公共政策動態(tài)運行的各個環(huán)節(jié)中。建立和完善政策利益訴求表達(dá)回應(yīng)機(jī)制;建立健全科學(xué)、高效的政策決策機(jī)制;厘清府際關(guān)系和完善執(zhí)行監(jiān)督機(jī)制;培育和發(fā)展第三方評估等,是提升政治信任的主要途徑。
[Abstract]:Discussing political trust from the perspective of public policy is of great significance to promoting political trust. In the perspective of public policy, political trust mainly includes five aspects: policy construction trust, policy planning trust, policy implementation trust, policy evaluation trust and policy end trust. The political trust is mainly derived from the dynamic transport of public policy. In all links, it is the main way to improve the political trust, to establish and improve the response mechanism for the appeal of policy interests, to establish and improve the scientific and efficient policy decision-making mechanism, to clarify the intergovernmental relations and to improve the implementation of the supervision mechanism, and to cultivate and develop the third party assessment.
