【摘要】：絕大多數(shù)發(fā)展中國(guó)家在制定發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型政策時(shí)照搬西方主流的理論,未能處理好政府與市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系,以致不能擺脫低收入或中等收入陷阱。中國(guó)道路成功的秘訣是,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型中既發(fā)揮"有效市場(chǎng)"的作用,也發(fā)揮了"有為政府"的作用,同時(shí)用好"看不見(jiàn)的手"和"看得見(jiàn)的手",形成市場(chǎng)作用和政府作用有機(jī)統(tǒng)一、相互補(bǔ)充、相互促進(jìn)的格局。中國(guó)的發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型的成功對(duì)其他金磚國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家有值得借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The majority of developing countries have copied the western mainstream theory in formulating development and transformation policies, and failed to deal with the relationship between government and market, so that they could not get rid of the low or middle income trap. The secret of China's success on the road is to play both an "efficient market" role and a "government role" in economic development and transformation. At the same time, the "invisible hand" and "visible hand" are used well to form a pattern of organic unity, complementarity and mutual promotion between market and government roles. The success of China's development and transformation is worth learning from other BRICS and developing countries.
