【摘要】：我國(guó)正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,隨著工業(yè)化的發(fā)展,我國(guó)亦進(jìn)入環(huán)境高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)期。突發(fā)型環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不僅給社會(huì)帶來重大災(zāi)難,隨著風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)化,災(zāi)難所引發(fā)的群體性事件進(jìn)一步引發(fā)社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。文章通過案例與理論分析,對(duì)突發(fā)型環(huán)境危險(xiǎn)到社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)化方式與形態(tài)、傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制進(jìn)行探討,闡明媒體傳播、政府干預(yù)、民眾受體要素在傳導(dǎo)中的作用,以期為防范突發(fā)型環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)化為社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的治理對(duì)策提供參考。
[Abstract]:China is in the period of social transformation, with the development of industrialization, China has also entered a period of high environmental risk. The sudden environmental risk not only brings great disaster to the society, but also causes the social risk with the transformation of the risk. Through case and theoretical analysis, this paper discusses the transformation mode and form of sudden environmental hazard to social risk, and expounds the role of media communication, government intervention and the elements of public receptor in the transmission. In order to prevent the unexpected environmental risk to further transform into the management of social risks to provide a reference.
