【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)作為信息技術(shù)演化的最新產(chǎn)物,在推進(jìn)政府公共服務(wù)創(chuàng)新中具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景和發(fā)展空間。大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用有利于政府公共服務(wù)決策的科學(xué)化、政府公共服務(wù)供給的精細(xì)化和政府公共服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)代化。但是,數(shù)據(jù)意識(shí)比較薄弱、數(shù)據(jù)開放共享不足、信息數(shù)據(jù)容易泄露和專業(yè)人才極度缺失,給政府公共服務(wù)創(chuàng)新提出了極其嚴(yán)峻的現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)前,必須盡快出臺(tái)大數(shù)據(jù)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略、推進(jìn)政務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的開放與共享、保障個(gè)人信息與國(guó)家數(shù)據(jù)安全以及加快政府部門大數(shù)據(jù)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),以持續(xù)推進(jìn)政府公共服務(wù)的不斷創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Big data, as the latest product of the evolution of information technology, has broad application prospect and development space in promoting the innovation of government public service. Big data's application is conducive to the scientific decision-making of government public service, the refinement of government public service supply and the modernization of government public service system. However, the awareness of data is relatively weak, the lack of open data sharing, the easy leakage of information data and the extreme lack of professionals, which has posed an extremely severe practical challenge to the innovation of government public services. At present, big data's national strategy must be promulgated as soon as possible, to promote the opening and sharing of government data, to ensure the security of personal information and national data, and to speed up the construction of a contingent of qualified personnel in the government department, big data. In order to continuously promote the government public service innovation.
