契機(jī)抑或挑戰(zhàn):公益眾籌介入下社會組織發(fā)展問題析論

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+的發(fā)展,眾籌作為一種新興融資模式引入中國,而公益眾籌作為"新常態(tài)"下社會組織的重要工具被寄予厚望。它能促進(jìn)社會組織理念的改變和創(chuàng)新、提高公眾參與廣度和深度、推動(dòng)社會組織市場化運(yùn)作和行業(yè)規(guī)范透明度。但也要看到,公益眾籌在為社會組織提供可能的發(fā)展契機(jī)之時(shí),也為其帶來了無法回避的理念挑戰(zhàn)和制度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。社會組織只有在倒逼力量的推動(dòng)下,加強(qiáng)自身綜合能力建設(shè),具備駕馭這種工具的能力,公眾對公益眾籌的美好期許才能變?yōu)檎鎸?shí)的圖景。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet, crowdfunding is introduced into China as a new financing mode. It can promote the change and innovation of the concept of social organization, improve the breadth and depth of public participation, promote the market-oriented operation of social organizations and the transparency of industry norms. But we should also see that the public funding provides a possible opportunity for the development of social organizations, but also brings about unavoidable conceptual challenges and institutional risks for social organizations. Only when the social organization is pushed by the force, strengthens its own comprehensive ability construction, has the ability to control this kind of tool, the public's good expectation to the commonweal crowdfunding can become the real picture.
