【摘要】：政府社交媒體文件是重要的信息資產(chǎn)與資源,政務(wù)社交媒體文件管理的優(yōu)化是對(duì)信息、文件、檔案管理理論與方法創(chuàng)新性的探索,也是為國家、社會(huì)與公眾留存證據(jù)與記憶的重要行動(dòng)�；谖墨I(xiàn)調(diào)研、案例分析與訪談的方法調(diào)查了國內(nèi)外部分國家與地區(qū)的政務(wù)社交媒體文件管理實(shí)踐。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),不同的國家與地區(qū)形成了檔案館主導(dǎo)、政府機(jī)構(gòu)主導(dǎo)等不同的管理模式。各國與地區(qū)的實(shí)踐也處于不同進(jìn)程,我國實(shí)踐還處于起步階段,但從政務(wù)社交媒體應(yīng)用方面已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)出不同的特征,也為文件管理提出了一些注意事項(xiàng)�；趯�(duì)現(xiàn)有實(shí)踐的分析,提出未來的政務(wù)社交媒體文件管理應(yīng)當(dāng)從如下四個(gè)方面予以探索:設(shè)計(jì)適應(yīng)性的文件管理框架、明確政務(wù)社交媒體文件的范疇、構(gòu)建主體協(xié)同機(jī)制、建立系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)體系。
[Abstract]:Government social media files are important information assets and resources. The optimization of government social media files management is an innovative exploration of information, documents, archives management theory and methods, and also for the country. Important action by society and the public to retain evidence and memory. Based on literature investigation, case analysis and interview, this paper investigates the management practice of government social media files in some countries and regions at home and abroad. It is found that different countries and regions form different management modes, such as archives leading and government organization leading. The practice of various countries and regions is also in different processes, but the practice of our country is still in its infancy, but it has already shown different characteristics from the aspect of the application of government social media, and has also put forward some matters needing attention for the file management. Based on the analysis of the existing practice, this paper puts forward that the future management of government social media files should be explored from the following four aspects: designing adaptive file management framework, clarifying the category of government social media files, and constructing the principal cooperative mechanism. Establish a systematic technical system.
