【摘要】：良好的政治生態(tài)是政治發(fā)展追求的目標。公共領域作為公眾話語表達和輿論監(jiān)督的政治參與平臺,對國家政治生態(tài)建設具有重要的促進作用。當下中國,"私民意識""順民意識"和"官本位意識"等因素嚴重制約了民眾政治參與的積極性,并產(chǎn)生了不利于政治生態(tài)建設的消極影響。作為一種公眾"在場"的參與型民主政治,公共領域就是要使決策者接受公眾的審視,讓權力在陽光下運行。為此,黨和政府應該大力提升公眾政治參與意識和參與能力,完善公眾話語表達的制度保障和法律保障,主動加大政務公開力度,積極利用輿論監(jiān)督優(yōu)化政治生態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Good political ecology is the goal of political development. As a platform for political participation in public discourse expression and public opinion supervision, public domain plays an important role in promoting the construction of national political ecology. In present China, factors such as "private consciousness", "obedient consciousness" and "official standard consciousness" have seriously restricted the enthusiasm of people's political participation, and have had a negative impact on the construction of political ecology. As a participatory democracy in which the public is present, the public sphere is to make decision makers subject to public scrutiny and power to operate in the sun. Therefore, the Party and the government should vigorously promote the public's consciousness and ability of political participation, perfect the institutional and legal protection of public discourse expression, take the initiative to increase the openness of government affairs, and actively utilize the supervision of public opinion to optimize the political ecology.
