【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的深入推進(jìn),青年群體雖具有較高的創(chuàng)新內(nèi)驅(qū)力和創(chuàng)造財(cái)富的能力,可是其社會(huì)保障方面仍然存在諸多現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,逐漸成為影響和制約青年發(fā)展的重要因素�；诖�,本文強(qiáng)調(diào)以基本社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)建設(shè)為主,加大不同青年群體的社會(huì)福利、社會(huì)救助體系的建設(shè),努力構(gòu)建覆蓋面廣、針對(duì)性強(qiáng)、協(xié)調(diào)性好的青年社會(huì)保障制度,來解決青年社會(huì)保障內(nèi)部發(fā)展不均衡、缺乏長效動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測指標(biāo)體系、制度碎片化等問題。
[Abstract]:With the further development of economic construction and social development in our country, although the youth group has higher innovation drive and ability to create wealth, there are still many practical problems in its social security. It has gradually become an important factor influencing and restricting the development of youth. Based on this, this paper emphasizes on the construction of basic social insurance, increasing the social welfare of different youth groups and the construction of social assistance system, and striving to build a social security system for young people with wide coverage, strong pertinence and good coordination. To solve the youth social security internal development imbalance, lack of long-term dynamic monitoring index system, system fragmentation and so on.
