【摘要】：慈善事業(yè)是弘揚(yáng)互助友愛精神的最好途徑,也是調(diào)節(jié)收入分配、潤滑社會(huì)關(guān)系的重要機(jī)制,社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)離不開慈善。我國的慈善事業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)邁入關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,但是由于慈善事業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中理論建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)等各方面的滯后,中國慈善事業(yè)發(fā)展面臨諸多問題。本文將在科學(xué)解讀馬克思主義慈善理論的前提下結(jié)合前人研究成果,透過改革開放以來我國慈善發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析我國慈善事業(yè)存在的主要問題,以馬克思主義慈善觀為指導(dǎo),從弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)文化、完善慈善立法、慈善組織建設(shè)、理順民間與政府在慈善事業(yè)中的定位和角色等方面,提出了建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義慈善事業(yè)的路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:Charity is the best way to carry forward the spirit of mutual aid and fraternity. It is also an important mechanism to regulate income distribution and lubricate social relations. The construction of socialist harmonious society can not be separated from charity.The development of charity in China has entered a critical period, but the development of charity in China is faced with many problems due to the lagging behind in theory construction, system construction, organization construction and so on.Based on the scientific interpretation of Marxist philanthropy theory and previous research results, this paper will find and analyze the main problems existing in China's philanthropy through the current situation of charity development since the reform and opening up.Guided by the Marxist view of charity, from the aspects of carrying forward traditional culture, perfecting charity legislation, building charitable organizations, straightening out the position and role of folk and government in charity,Put forward the path choice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics philanthropy.
