【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人們的工作和生活節(jié)奏越來(lái)越快,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,職業(yè)壓力日益成為一個(gè)突出的問(wèn)題大。公務(wù)員作為一個(gè)職業(yè)群體當(dāng)然也不例外,尤其是隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)型,行政問(wèn)責(zé)制的不斷強(qiáng)化和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)的來(lái)臨,公務(wù)員職業(yè)日益成為一個(gè)高危職業(yè);特別十八大以后,社會(huì)監(jiān)督機(jī)制進(jìn)一步完善,公務(wù)員收入和福利更加公開(kāi)透明,而在調(diào)整期公務(wù)活動(dòng)制度還沒(méi)有來(lái)得及配套完善,在監(jiān)督增強(qiáng)、收入福利劃一、從事公務(wù)活動(dòng)制度和資源未能進(jìn)一步清晰的狀態(tài)下,公務(wù)員群體正面臨著調(diào)整期的社會(huì)和職業(yè)壓力,身心健康狀況令人擔(dān)憂。然而,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),受意識(shí)形態(tài)、傳統(tǒng)觀念、社會(huì)環(huán)境和工作性質(zhì)等各種因素的影響,公務(wù)員群體的職業(yè)壓力問(wèn)題并沒(méi)有受到應(yīng)有的重視,亟待加強(qiáng)研究。論文以廣州公務(wù)員群體為觀察樣本,采用文獻(xiàn)研究、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等研究方法開(kāi)展研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力的影響因素主要有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)因素、工作本身以及公務(wù)員個(gè)人認(rèn)為自身工作在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)心中的滿意度等三大方面。進(jìn)一步研究表明:十八大之前,影響公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力的因素按解釋力大小依次是工作本身的責(zé)任、公務(wù)員認(rèn)為自身工作在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)心目中的滿意度和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)因素;十八大之后,影響公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力的因素按解釋力大小依次是公務(wù)員認(rèn)為自身工作在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)心中的滿意度、公務(wù)員工作本身所附帶的責(zé)任和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)因素。此外,以社會(huì)人口屬性為切入點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步探討公務(wù)員不同群體的職業(yè)壓力程度、壓力應(yīng)對(duì)方式和社會(huì)支持方面的差異。就職業(yè)壓力程度而言,性別、年齡、文化程度、職位等級(jí)和是否有宗教傾向?qū)τ诠珓?wù)員職業(yè)壓力具有顯著影響;就公務(wù)員職業(yè)壓力應(yīng)對(duì)方式而言,性別、年齡、文化程度、宗教信仰在不同的壓力應(yīng)對(duì)方式中體現(xiàn)出顯著差異;就社會(huì)支持而言,性別、年齡、文化程度和宗教信仰對(duì)公務(wù)員社會(huì)支持具有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of socialist market economy in China, the pace of work and life of people is getting faster and faster, the competition is more and more fierce, and the occupational pressure has become a prominent problem day by day.Civil servants, as a professional group, are no exception, especially with the transformation of our society, the continuous strengthening of the administrative accountability system and the advent of a risky society, the civil servant profession has increasingly become a high-risk profession; especially after the 18th National Congress,The social supervision mechanism has been further improved, the income and welfare of civil servants have become more open and transparent, and the system of official activities in the period of adjustment has not yet been matched and improved. In the process of strengthening supervision, the income and welfare are uniform.In the absence of further clarity on the system and resources of official activities, the civil servants are facing the social and professional pressure during the adjustment period, and the state of physical and mental health is worrying.However, due to the influence of ideology, traditional concept, social environment and nature of work, the problem of occupational pressure of civil servants has not been paid much attention to, so it is urgent to strengthen the research.This paper takes Guangzhou civil servant group as the observation sample, carries on the research by the literature research, the questionnaire investigation and so on.It is found that the main influencing factors of civil servants' occupational stress are leadership factors, job itself and the satisfaction degree of civil servants who think their work is in the leadership mind.Further research shows that before the 18th CPC National Congress, the factors affecting the professional pressure of civil servants were the responsibilities of the work itself according to the degree of explanatory power, and the civil servants considered their work to be the satisfaction and leadership factors in the minds of the leaders; after the 18th National Congress,The factors influencing the occupational stress of civil servants are the satisfaction degree of the civil servants who think their work is in the leader's heart, the responsibilities and the leadership factors attached to the civil servants' work according to the explanatory power.In addition, the differences of the degree of occupational stress, stress coping style and social support of different groups of civil servants are further discussed with the social and demographic attributes as the starting point.In terms of the degree of occupational stress, gender, age, education, rank of position and religious tendency have significant effects on the occupational stress of civil servants; in terms of coping style of occupational stress, gender, age, education, etc.As far as social support is concerned, gender, age, education and religious beliefs have significant influence on social support of civil servants.
