【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái),內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)社科類社團(tuán)已經(jīng)成為自治區(qū)社會(huì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)中的重要組成部分,已經(jīng)成為繁榮發(fā)展自治區(qū)哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)不可替代的重要力量。社科類社團(tuán)作為社會(huì)團(tuán)體的一部分,在自治區(qū)黨委、政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,在各級(jí)社科聯(lián)的具體指導(dǎo)下,堅(jiān)持正確的政治方向,認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行黨的路線、方針、政策,遵守國(guó)家法律、法規(guī),團(tuán)結(jié)和帶領(lǐng)廣大自治區(qū)社會(huì)科學(xué)工作者為促進(jìn)內(nèi)蒙古社會(huì)科學(xué)的繁榮、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出了很大貢獻(xiàn)。內(nèi)蒙古社科類社團(tuán)的發(fā)展越來(lái)越引起自治區(qū)黨委和政府的重視,越來(lái)越引起社會(huì)各界的關(guān)心和支持。本文以內(nèi)蒙古社科類社團(tuán)的發(fā)展為主線,對(duì)社科類社團(tuán)含義、特征、功能及社科類社團(tuán)管理的含義、目標(biāo)、原則等理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行闡述,總結(jié)了內(nèi)蒙古社科類社團(tuán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及管理的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析了內(nèi)蒙古社科類社團(tuán)發(fā)展到目前階段存在的主要問題有管理職責(zé)不明、社團(tuán)發(fā)展不平衡、活動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)短缺、社會(huì)影響力不足等。從發(fā)展能力不強(qiáng)、服務(wù)能力不足、落實(shí)執(zhí)行不力、管理體制不順?biāo)膫�(gè)方面闡述產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因,并借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外社科類社團(tuán)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用有關(guān)公共管理學(xué)學(xué)科的理論,從政府和社科類社團(tuán)自身兩個(gè)角度、加強(qiáng)社科類社團(tuán)管理、促進(jìn)社科類社團(tuán)發(fā)展、建立健全社團(tuán)管理法律法規(guī)體系三個(gè)方面提出完善內(nèi)蒙古社科類社團(tuán)健康發(fā)展的具體措施。
[Abstract]:As a part of social organizations, social and scientific organizations, under the leadership of the party committees and governments of the autonomous regions and under the specific guidance of the Federation of Social Sciences and Science at all levels, adhere to the correct political direction, conscientiously implement the party's line, principles and policies, and abide by the laws of the State.Laws and regulations, unite and lead the social science workers in Inner Mongolia to promote the prosperity of social science, the overall coordinated and sustainable development of the economy and society has made a great contribution.Lack of social influence, etc.From the four aspects of weak development ability, insufficient service capacity, weak implementation and bad management system, this paper expounds the causes of these problems, and draws lessons from the experience of the development of social science organizations at home and abroad, and applies the theory of public management.From two angles of the government and the social science association itself, this paper puts forward the concrete measures to improve the healthy development of the social science association in Inner Mongolia from three aspects: strengthening the management of the social science association, promoting the development of the social science association, and establishing and perfecting the law and regulations system of the social science association management in Inner Mongolia.
