【摘要】：近年來,各地鄰避沖突呈點狀式密集爆發(fā),成為影響地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會穩(wěn)定和政府公信力的掣肘。要細(xì)化對鄰避沖突的探究,加強(qiáng)對預(yù)防和化解鄰避沖突實踐的情境分析。相比國內(nèi)"鄰避"沖突的研究,國外起步早,成果也更豐富。目前,發(fā)達(dá)國家的研究跳出了解決鄰避問題的傳統(tǒng)思路,提出了"不要建在我家前院(NIMFY)""后鄰避主義""能見度"等觀點,研究視角也有調(diào)整,對鄰避沖突成因的分析更全面。追蹤國外學(xué)術(shù)動態(tài),對中國鄰避沖突的理論創(chuàng)新和對策化解有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the conflict between neighboring areas has erupted in a point-like manner, which has become a constraint affecting regional economic and social stability and the credibility of the government.It is necessary to refine the exploration of conflict avoidance and strengthen the situational analysis of the practice of preventing and resolving conflict avoidance.Compared with the study of conflict avoidance in China, foreign countries started earlier, and the results are more abundant.At present, the research of developed countries has jumped out of the traditional thinking of solving the problem of neighborhood avoidance, and put forward the viewpoints of "not to build in my front yard NIMFY", "rear neighbor avoidance doctrine" and "visibility". The research perspective has also been adjusted, and the analysis of the causes of neighboring conflict avoidance is more comprehensive.Tracking the academic trends abroad is of great significance to the theoretical innovation and countermeasures of avoiding conflicts in China.
