【摘要】：生態(tài)文明時代,各級政府在治理城市空間時應(yīng)注入生態(tài)色彩,在理念上樹立大數(shù)據(jù)思維、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維,在實踐上融合多種手段,以應(yīng)對城市空間粗放低效、雜亂無章、管控失調(diào)的癥結(jié),探索出優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)比例、治理雜亂無章癥狀、整治執(zhí)法監(jiān)管漏洞的實效性舉措,為新常態(tài)下提升政府治理水平擴展新的視角。
[Abstract]:The era of ecological civilization, governments at all levels should be injected into the ecological color in the governance of city space, set up the big data thinking, the concept of the Internet thinking, integration of a variety of means in practice, in order to deal with the city space of extensive and inefficient, out of order, control disorders to explore the crux of the problem, optimize industrial structure, governance out of order symptoms, the effectiveness of remediation measures law enforcement and regulatory loopholes, to enhance the level of government management under the new normal expansion of a new perspective.
