【摘要】：智慧城市惠民評價(jià)是提高公民滿意度的重要措施.以智慧城市惠民評價(jià)為研究對象,從市民主觀感受出發(fā),結(jié)合經(jīng)典指標(biāo)的頻度分析,建立了以定性指標(biāo)為主的智慧城市惠民評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和基于灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析和TOPSIS方法的區(qū)間2型模糊集評價(jià)模型,減少了定性指標(biāo)定量化過程中的信息丟失;最后以河北四個(gè)智慧城市試點(diǎn)為研究對象進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,并提出改善智慧城市惠民滿意度的幾點(diǎn)建議:著重解決民生問題;充分利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化管理;加強(qiáng)政府政策支持力度等.
[Abstract]:The evaluation of the wisdom city benefits the people is an important measure to improve the citizen's satisfaction.Taking the evaluation of the benefit of the people in the wise city as the research object, starting from the subjective feelings of the citizens, combining with the frequency analysis of the classical index,Based on the qualitative index, the evaluation index system of intelligent city and the evaluation model of interval type 2 fuzzy set based on grey correlation analysis and TOPSIS method are established, which can reduce the information loss in the process of qualitative index quantification.Finally, taking four pilot cities of wisdom in Hebei Province as the research object, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the satisfaction of the benefit of the people in the intelligent cities: to solve the problems of people's livelihood, to make full use of the advantages of the Internet, and to realize the information management;Strengthen government policy support and so on.
