【摘要】：伴隨著中國改革開放的漸涉深水,跨國交流日益頻繁,公民出境執(zhí)行公務(wù)、經(jīng)商、留學(xué)和旅游的數(shù)量逐年增加。與此同時(shí),我國公民的海外安全問題也不斷加劇。從媒介再現(xiàn)理論出發(fā),跨越并打通影視作品和視聽新聞報(bào)道之間的觀念區(qū)隔,在比較分析路徑下深入反思作為特殊媒介現(xiàn)象的中國公民海外安全問題是如何被視聽傳媒捕捉、記錄與傳播的,研究認(rèn)為,利用外交資源維護(hù)中國公民合法權(quán)益既是對"執(zhí)政為民"、"外交為民"等理念的生動(dòng)詮釋,也是"以人為本"、"以僑為本"外交宗旨的立體再現(xiàn)。能否處理好突發(fā)性海外公民安全問題某種程度上成為了衡量一個(gè)國家強(qiáng)大與否、發(fā)達(dá)與否的重要尺度。
[Abstract]:Along with the reform and opening up China gradually in deep water, international exchanges become more frequent, citizens in performing their duties, business, education and travel number increased year by year. At the same time, the security problem of Chinese citizens overseas is also growing.
