【摘要】：正推進(jìn)國(guó)家統(tǒng)一性。眾所周知,統(tǒng)一性是國(guó)家之善,而國(guó)家的統(tǒng)一性不僅包括主權(quán)和治權(quán)統(tǒng)一,還包括民權(quán)統(tǒng)一、規(guī)則統(tǒng)一、司法統(tǒng)一、市場(chǎng)統(tǒng)一等許多要素。中國(guó)要完成國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化的任務(wù),必須逐一破解制約國(guó)家統(tǒng)一性發(fā)展的障礙。實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家均等化。要實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化就要推進(jìn)國(guó)家的均等化發(fā)展,而國(guó)家發(fā)展的阻力較多來(lái)自地區(qū)、城鄉(xiāng)、人群之間在發(fā)展水平和公共設(shè)施
[Abstract]:Is advancing national unity.
