【摘要】：十八屆五中全會提出推進(jìn)社會治理精細(xì)化,為創(chuàng)新社會治理指明了方向。社會治理精細(xì)化是對以往粗放式管理的反思和矯正,既是歷史發(fā)展趨勢,又具有較強的現(xiàn)實需要。目前推進(jìn)社會治理精細(xì)化已經(jīng)具備了條件和前提,但在思維方式、政府組織結(jié)構(gòu)、社會治理自身特點等方面仍存在制約因素。下一步應(yīng)從治理結(jié)構(gòu)、治理體系、治理工具、治理流程、治理制度、治理理念等六個方面推進(jìn)社會治理精細(xì)化,以社會治理精細(xì)化推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the refinement of social governance, which points out the direction for innovating social governance. The refinement of social governance is a reflection and correction of the extensive management of the past, which is a historical development trend. At present, there are conditions and preconditions for promoting the refinement of social governance, but there are still some restrictive factors in the way of thinking, the structure of the government, the characteristics of the social governance, etc. The next step should be the structure of governance. Governance system, governance tools, governance process, governance system, governance concept and other six aspects of promoting social governance refinement, with social governance refinement to promote national governance modernization.
