【摘要】："中國(guó)文明基體論"并不是主張中國(guó)獨(dú)特論或中國(guó)特殊論,中國(guó)不能也不會(huì)拒絕現(xiàn)代性政治,而是說現(xiàn)代性政治議程的實(shí)現(xiàn)只能以中華文明基因?yàn)闂l件。我國(guó)今天的國(guó)家治理體系,是在我國(guó)歷史傳承、文化傳統(tǒng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展、漸進(jìn)改進(jìn)、內(nèi)生性演化的結(jié)果。
