【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),隨著"總體性社會(huì)"的逐漸分化,中國(guó)的國(guó)家與社會(huì)關(guān)系也不斷變化。對(duì)國(guó)家與社會(huì)關(guān)系形態(tài)進(jìn)行歷時(shí)性考察,有助于探求其內(nèi)在的變遷邏輯。通過(guò)政策文本分析和廣東的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)考察,發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)家與社會(huì)關(guān)系的變遷可劃分為三個(gè)階段,即嚴(yán)密控制階段、局部發(fā)展階段和甄別性吸納階段,不同階段在政策目標(biāo)、國(guó)家功能邊界和政策功能三個(gè)維度上都表現(xiàn)出不同特征。不同階段之間的界線不是絕對(duì)的,而是相對(duì)的,有交叉也有反復(fù)�？傮w而言,變遷遵循國(guó)家"形塑社會(huì)"的邏輯,國(guó)家根據(jù)不同時(shí)期的工作重心和社會(huì)情勢(shì),對(duì)社會(huì)組織在促進(jìn)與控制之間進(jìn)行彈性的行動(dòng)策略選擇,力圖塑造自己所希望的"理想社會(huì)"。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the gradual differentiation of the "overall society", China's state and social relations are constantly changing. Through the analysis of policy texts and the practical experience of Guangdong Province, it is found that the changes of state and social relations can be divided into three stages, namely, the stage of strict control, the stage of local development and the stage of discrimination absorption. Different stages show different characteristics in the three dimensions of policy objective, state functional boundary and policy function. The boundary between different stages is not absolute, but relative. The changes follow the logic of "shaping society". According to the focus of work and social situation in different periods, the state chooses flexible action strategies between promotion and control of social organizations, and tries to shape its desired "ideal society".
