【摘要】：政策執(zhí)行往往伴隨著政策溝通,而政策溝通最重要的方面之一,則是政府組織內(nèi)部溝通,即政策從上級傳遞到下級組織,或者是政策在同一層級組織間流轉(zhuǎn)。中國政策組織內(nèi)部溝通,大致可以分為正式溝通和非正式溝通,而正式溝通又可歸納為強(qiáng)制型、學(xué)習(xí)型、被動型和形式型四種類型。隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時代的到來,溝通模式和方式都在發(fā)生變化,從趨勢上來說,呈現(xiàn)出正式溝通類型逐漸上升,而非正式溝通逐漸減少的特點。
[Abstract]:Policy implementation is often accompanied by policy communication, and one of the most important aspects of policy communication is internal communication within government organizations, that is, the transfer of policies from superior to subordinate organizations. Or the transfer of policies between organizations at the same level. The internal communication of Chinese policy organizations can be roughly divided into formal communication and informal communication, and formal communication can be summed up as mandatory and learning-type. With the arrival of big data's era, the communication mode and mode are all changing. The trend shows that the formal communication type is gradually rising, while the informal communication is gradually decreasing.
