【摘要】：水電站建設(shè)移民安置非常重要,關(guān)系到社會發(fā)展穩(wěn)定、企業(yè)安全經(jīng)濟運行,一個水電站建設(shè)的成敗關(guān)鍵看移民安置。移民搬出樞紐區(qū)和水庫淹沒區(qū),必須安置在適合移民生活和生產(chǎn)地方,必須保證有穩(wěn)定收入,必須保證后續(xù)發(fā)展和逐步能富裕。因此,正確引導(dǎo)和移民意愿結(jié)合至關(guān)重要。
