【摘要】：當(dāng)前反腐已經(jīng)成為我國全面深化改革和推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化的突破口,在反腐的載體上,經(jīng)歷了運動式反腐與權(quán)力反腐之后,依托制度進(jìn)行反腐已經(jīng)取得社會共識。而制度反腐既需要總結(jié)歷次反腐的經(jīng)驗,也需借鑒其他國家的制度設(shè)計,關(guān)鍵是要將制度反腐建設(shè)落腳到國家治理框架內(nèi)。從新制度主義視角對制度反腐的進(jìn)程加以研究,對于明確制度反腐過程中的阻力,推進(jìn)制度反腐的進(jìn)程具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:At present, anti-corruption has become a breakthrough in comprehensively deepening the reform and promoting the modernization of national governance in our country. In the carrier of anti-corruption, after experiencing the campaign of anti-corruption and the anti-corruption of power, Relying on the system to fight corruption has gained social consensus. And institutional anti-corruption needs to sum up the experience of previous anti-corruption, but also need to learn from the institutional design of other countries. The key is to put the construction of institutional anti-corruption into the framework of national governance, and to study the process of institutional anti-corruption from the perspective of new institutionalism is of great significance to clarify the resistance in the process of institutional anti-corruption and to promote the process of institutional anti-corruption.
