組織情境中腐敗的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:隨著公司各類丑聞和腐敗事件的不斷曝光,腐敗受到管理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的廣泛關(guān)注。本文基于腐敗的定義,對個體腐敗和組織腐敗的影響因素加以回顧,從動態(tài)和多層次的視角總結(jié)了腐敗從個體現(xiàn)象演變成群體或組織現(xiàn)象的過程模型,主要包括腐敗常規(guī)化模型、道德推脫模型、社會認(rèn)同模型和情緒誘發(fā)模型。最后,從探索其他影響因素及交互作用、對群體腐敗提出假設(shè)并檢驗、進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建腐敗理論三個方面對該領(lǐng)域的未來研究方向做出展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous exposure of various corporate scandals and corruption incidents, corruption has received extensive attention in the field of management. Based on the definition of corruption, this paper reviews the factors affecting individual corruption and organizational corruption. This paper summarizes the process models of corruption from individual phenomenon to group or organizational phenomenon from dynamic and multi-level perspective, mainly including corruption regularization model, moral deduction model, social identity model and emotional evoked model. From the exploration of other influencing factors and interaction, the hypothesis and test of group corruption are put forward, and the future research direction in this field is prospected from three aspects: further construction of corruption theory.
