【摘要】：正渠縣是秦巴山區(qū)連片扶貧開發(fā)重點縣,為全面打贏脫貧攻堅這場硬仗,渠縣以習(xí)近平總書記扶貧開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略思想為指導(dǎo),按照"兩不愁、三保障""四個好"的總體要求,結(jié)合渠縣實際,提出了"夯實基礎(chǔ)、突出重點、攻克難點"的工作思路,主要做法如下。堅持"三管齊下",建設(shè)百年工程,讓群眾搬得出、放心住。一是嚴格管規(guī)劃。堅持搬遷規(guī)劃與"十三五"規(guī)劃、土地利用及城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、精準扶貧規(guī)劃相結(jié)合,選最好的地方安置群眾,同步規(guī)劃發(fā)
[Abstract]:Zhengqu County is a key county in the Qinba Mountain area for poverty alleviation and development. In order to comprehensively win the hard battle to overcome poverty and tackle critical problems, qu County is guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's strategic thinking on poverty alleviation and development, in accordance with the overall requirements of "two no worries, three guarantees" and "four good".
