【摘要】：世界各國的經(jīng)濟學(xué)家和社會大眾已經(jīng)達成共識,認為政府治理是解釋全球各國政府績效差異的重要因素之一。本研究的核心問題有以下兩個:(1)政府治理和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間是否存在相關(guān)性;(2)政府治理的哪個維度對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響最大。根據(jù)全球治理指標,政府治理可以被劃分為五個維度,包括發(fā)言權(quán)和政府問責(zé)、政治穩(wěn)定性、政府有效性、法治和腐敗控制。經(jīng)濟發(fā)展被界定為四個經(jīng)濟指標,包括國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值、商品和服務(wù)價格、貿(mào)易差額和外國直接投資。本文從世界銀行選取了薩摩亞1996-2014年間的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),主要采用Spearman的秩相關(guān)檢驗和多元線性回歸方法來檢驗假設(shè)和模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)在政府治理的五個指標中,只有腐敗控制與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展在統(tǒng)計上呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,其他四個指標都與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展呈負相關(guān)關(guān)系。另一方面,政治穩(wěn)定性對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響最大。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,政府在探究如何提升其職能時應(yīng)當(dāng)更加關(guān)注其他幾個指標。本文能夠幫助政府認識國家現(xiàn)狀并找到更多有效的方法來改善政府治理,以促進國家未來的良好發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Economists around the world and the general public have reached a consensus, It is considered that government governance is one of the important factors to explain the differences in the performance of governments all over the world. The core questions in this study are as follows: 2: 1) is there a correlation between government governance and economic development? Economic development has the greatest impact. According to global governance indicators, Government governance can be divided into five dimensions, including voice and government accountability, political stability, government effectiveness, the rule of law and corruption control. Economic development is defined as four economic indicators, including gross domestic product. Prices of goods and services, trade balance and foreign direct investment. Spearman's rank correlation test and multivariate linear regression are used to test the hypothesis and model. It is found that only the corruption control and economic development are statistically significant positive correlation among the five government governance indicators. The other four indicators are negatively correlated with economic development. On the other hand, political stability has the greatest impact on economic development. In exploring how to improve its function, the government should pay more attention to other indicators. This paper can help the government to understand the current situation of the country and find more effective ways to improve government governance in order to promote the good development of the country in the future.
