【摘要】：我國(guó)社會(huì)在快速的前行,經(jīng)濟(jì)在繁榮的發(fā)展,科技在迅速的騰飛,自然災(zāi)害的爆發(fā)的頻率在日益增長(zhǎng)。我國(guó)是一個(gè)經(jīng)常遭受自然災(zāi)害的國(guó)家,自然災(zāi)害所帶來(lái)的后果也十分的嚴(yán)重,自然災(zāi)害對(duì)社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)無(wú)形的沖擊,會(huì)給社會(huì)和人民帶來(lái)不可估量的損失。政府在應(yīng)對(duì)自然災(zāi)害社會(huì)動(dòng)員發(fā)揮著不可替代的主導(dǎo)作用,能在自然災(zāi)害發(fā)生后調(diào)集和分配各類所需資源和力量。本文基于自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā)的社會(huì)大背景下,以社會(huì)動(dòng)員為研究視角,綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的研究成果,對(duì)自然災(zāi)害社會(huì)動(dòng)員相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,本文分析了社會(huì)動(dòng)員的各要素,對(duì)社會(huì)動(dòng)員的價(jià)值進(jìn)行分析,闡述了我國(guó)社會(huì)動(dòng)員取得的成效。但也存在不足,針對(duì)社會(huì)動(dòng)員出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討,并提出相應(yīng)的措施。因此,在我國(guó)自然災(zāi)害的發(fā)生影響人們生活越來(lái)越緊密時(shí),社會(huì)動(dòng)員必須要高度重視,從而最大限度的整合社會(huì)資源,提升社會(huì)動(dòng)員的效能。我國(guó)政府應(yīng)對(duì)自然災(zāi)害的社會(huì)動(dòng)員的水平的提升,有助于社會(huì)公眾幸福感的傳遞,同時(shí)也為構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Our society is moving forward fast, our economy is booming, science and technology are taking off rapidly, and the frequency of natural disasters is increasing day by day. China is a country that often suffers from natural disasters. The consequences of natural disasters are also very serious. The invisible impact of natural disasters on society and economy will bring incalculable losses to society and people. The government plays an irreplaceable leading role in social mobilization in response to natural disasters. It can mobilize and distribute all kinds of resources and forces after natural disasters. Based on the social background of frequent natural disasters, this paper synthesizes the existing research results at home and abroad from the perspective of social mobilization. The related theories of social mobilization of natural disasters are expounded, the elements of social mobilization are analyzed in this paper, the value of social mobilization is analyzed, and the effect of social mobilization in our country is expounded. This paper probes into the problems of social mobilization and puts forward some corresponding measures. Therefore, when the natural disasters in our country affect people's lives more and more closely, social mobilization must be highly valued in order to integrate social resources to the maximum extent. The improvement of the level of social mobilization of our government in response to natural disasters is conducive to the transmission of public happiness and also to the establishment of a harmonious socialist society.
