【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,國(guó)家對(duì)三農(nóng)問題越來越關(guān)注,而農(nóng)民問題始終是關(guān)系社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展的中心問題,因此,國(guó)家和地方對(duì)農(nóng)村、農(nóng)民、農(nóng)業(yè)一直高度重視。此時(shí),與三農(nóng)密切相關(guān)的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府作為最基層的行政機(jī)構(gòu),是連接城鄉(xiāng)的紐帶,代表著國(guó)家和地方對(duì)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)進(jìn)行治理。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作為鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府的代表,其形象的好壞直接影響鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府對(duì)基層的凝聚力和號(hào)召力的形成。本文以我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究,并結(jié)合領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)、行政管理學(xué)、新聞學(xué)等學(xué)科,運(yùn)用領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為理論和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)變理論展開了對(duì)我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形象塑造的研究。文章主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究、實(shí)地調(diào)研、案例分析的方法,首先從內(nèi)在因素和外在因素兩方面分析了影響我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形象塑造的因素,即內(nèi)在因素包括鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者自身的品德、能力和作風(fēng);外在因素包括制度、政府、媒體和公眾。為了增加研究的深入性和客觀性,文章選擇有代表性的靖邊縣某鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為例,在實(shí)地調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,從制度、政府、媒體、公眾四方面深入分析鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形象塑造中存在的問題以及原因,并在問題分析的基礎(chǔ)上從鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)自身、制度、政府、媒體、公眾這五個(gè)方面提出完善我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形象的對(duì)策。本文通過對(duì)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形象塑造的細(xì)致研究,一方面為靖邊縣某鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形象的改善和提升提供理論借鑒,另一方面對(duì)我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形象塑造提供理論參考。

This article takes the township administrative leadership of our country as the research object, through the research of the related literature at home and abroad, and combines the leadership study, the administration management, In journalism and other disciplines, using the theory of leadership behavior and the theory of leadership contingency, the author has carried out a study on the image of township leaders in China. The article mainly adopts the methods of literature research, field investigation and case analysis.
