【摘要】："親""清"兩字是新型政商關(guān)系的核心。構(gòu)建新型政商關(guān)系有利于克服權(quán)力與資本固有的缺陷、發(fā)揮各自的積極性。畸形政商關(guān)系的危害是顯而易見的,其背后的原因也非常復(fù)雜,但是從本質(zhì)上來看,畸形政商關(guān)系的形成是權(quán)力與資本異化的必然結(jié)果。構(gòu)建新型政商關(guān)系,關(guān)鍵在于促使權(quán)力與資本各行其道,具體包括正確處理政府與市場的關(guān)系、重構(gòu)新型政商文化、為政商交往提供法治保障、完善政商交往平臺機制。
[Abstract]:The word "pro" and "Qing" is the core of the new relationship between government and business. Building a new relationship between government and business is conducive to overcoming the inherent defects of power and capital and giving play to their respective positiveness.Therefore, the harm of abnormal relationship between government and business is obvious. The reasons behind it are also very complicated, but in essence, the formation of abnormal relationship between government and business is the inevitable result of the alienation of power and capital. It includes dealing with the relationship between the government and the market correctly, reconstructing the new culture of government and business, providing legal guarantee for the communication between government and business, and perfecting the platform mechanism of the communication between government and business.
