【摘要】：近年來,隨著社會(huì)公益事業(yè)的發(fā)展和公眾社會(huì)實(shí)踐意識(shí)的不斷增強(qiáng),我國非正式組織社會(huì)活動(dòng)日益增多,形式多樣,參與領(lǐng)域不斷拓展。參與社會(huì)活動(dòng)實(shí)踐,不僅能夠提升自身素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)社會(huì)責(zé)任感,鍛煉社會(huì)技能,同時(shí)對(duì)于整個(gè)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展有促進(jìn)作用,有利于我國社會(huì)主義道德精神文明建設(shè),有助于構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)。社會(huì)活動(dòng)類項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施效果受很多方面因素影響,對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施效果的影響因素研究,有利于合理開展社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),更有效的利用社會(huì)資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)活動(dòng)效益最大化。本文以中國青少年發(fā)展基金會(huì)希望工程激勵(lì)行動(dòng)2013、2014兩年間資助的300個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)項(xiàng)目為樣本研究對(duì)象,對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究公益活動(dòng)、社會(huì)組織、及項(xiàng)目實(shí)施效果影響因素等方面的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理參考借鑒,并在團(tuán)隊(duì)理論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者理論、組織績效理論、組織績效評(píng)估等相關(guān)支撐理論的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法確定了希望工程激勵(lì)行動(dòng)實(shí)施效果影響因素的四個(gè)維度:項(xiàng)目自身因素、管理因素、人員因素和環(huán)境因素,項(xiàng)目自身因素主要是指項(xiàng)目類型、項(xiàng)目連續(xù)性、項(xiàng)目獲得的資金支持等子因素;管理因素主要是指項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人的性別、年級(jí)、專業(yè)等子因素;人員因素是指團(tuán)隊(duì)人數(shù)、團(tuán)隊(duì)成員專業(yè)構(gòu)成等子因素;環(huán)境因素是指學(xué)校層級(jí)、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施地點(diǎn)等子因素。運(yùn)用描述分析法對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,結(jié)合方差分析法研究驗(yàn)證這些因素對(duì)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施效果是否有顯著影響,研究得出項(xiàng)目類型、項(xiàng)目連續(xù)性,項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人的年級(jí)、專業(yè),學(xué)校層級(jí)是影響項(xiàng)目實(shí)施效果的關(guān)鍵因素,從而為希望工程激勵(lì)行動(dòng)的實(shí)施發(fā)展提供針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議:科學(xué)合理確定項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方向;建立完善項(xiàng)目管理、選拔培訓(xùn)機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)公益項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè);改善大學(xué)生公益實(shí)踐外部環(huán)境。通過對(duì)希望工程激勵(lì)行動(dòng)實(shí)施效果的影響因素研究,力求為豐富非正式組織績效影響因素研究內(nèi)容做出努力,為完善希望工程激勵(lì)行動(dòng)的實(shí)施開展提供依據(jù),同時(shí)為其他類型實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的實(shí)施開展提供借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social public welfare and the increasing awareness of public social practice, the informal organization and social activities in our country are increasing day by day, in various forms, and in the field of participation. Not only can we improve our own quality, cultivate our sense of social responsibility, train our social skills, but also promote the progress and development of the whole society, which is conducive to the construction of socialist moral and spiritual civilization in our country. The effect of social activities projects is affected by many factors. The research on the influencing factors of project implementation effects is beneficial to the rational development of social practice activities and the more effective use of social resources. To maximize the benefits of activities. This paper takes 300 team projects funded by the China Youth Development Foundation Project Hope incentive Action in 2013 and 2014 as the sample research objects, and studies the public welfare activities, social organizations, at home and abroad. On the basis of team theory, leader theory, organizational performance theory, organizational performance evaluation and other related supporting theories. By using the method of literature, four dimensions of influencing factors of the effect of incentive action in the hope project are determined: project itself, management, personnel and environment, and the project itself mainly refers to the project type, the project continuity, and the following four factors: the project itself, the management factor, the personnel factor and the environment factor. The financial support of the project is sub-factor; the management factor mainly refers to the gender, grade and specialty of the project leader; the personnel factor refers to the number of the team, and the team members constitute the same sub-factors; the environmental factor refers to the school level. Using descriptive analysis method to deal with sample data, combining with variance analysis to verify whether these factors have a significant impact on the implementation of the project, the project type, project continuity, The grade, specialty and school level of the project leader are the key factors that affect the effect of the project implementation, thus providing targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation and development of the incentive action of the hope project: scientific and reasonable determination of the project implementation direction; Establishing and perfecting project management, selecting and training mechanism; strengthening the construction of public welfare project team; improving the external environment of college students' public welfare practice. In order to enrich the research content of informal organization performance factors, to provide the basis for improving the implementation of incentive actions of Hope Project, and to provide reference and help for the implementation of other types of practical activities.
