【摘要】：引入空間經(jīng)濟均衡模型對開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型公共治理水平提升的決定因素和作用機制進行分析討論。研究表明,開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型公共治理的空間極化效應均衡基礎是消費者均衡與生產(chǎn)者均衡的緣故。均衡分析表明,空間極化效應核心問題是實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)要素的空間集聚。數(shù)字模擬分析表明,過度或者超前實施貿(mào)易自由化,對于開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型公共治理的效果并非能達到人們預期效果。數(shù)字模擬發(fā)現(xiàn),當空間極化效應顯著時,空間集聚租金呈現(xiàn)的"駝峰狀"與"U"曲線交互作用與影響�，F(xiàn)實的政策意義在于,當開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型公共治理的空間極化效應均衡時,細微的政策變化都能導致狀態(tài)的改變。
[Abstract]:The spatial economic equilibrium model is introduced to analyze and discuss the determinants and mechanism of improving the level of public governance in the development and transformation of development zones. The equilibrium of spatial polarization effect is based on consumer equilibrium and producer equilibrium. Equilibrium analysis shows that the core problem of spatial polarization effect is to realize the spatial agglomeration of production factors. The effect of excessive or advanced trade liberalization on the development and transformation of development zones cannot achieve the expected results. Digital simulation shows that when the spatial polarization effect is significant, The "hump shape" and "U" curve of spatial agglomeration rentals interact and influence. The practical policy significance is that when the spatial polarization effect of public governance in the development and transformation of development zones is balanced, minor policy changes can lead to the change of state.
