【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)化治理作為一種新的社會治理模式,能夠適應(yīng)復(fù)雜性、不確定性社會的有效治理。轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期中國社會是一種典型的復(fù)雜性、不確定性社會,它具有"風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會"的某些特征,存在價(jià)值碎片化、主體多元化、客體棘手化以及介體復(fù)雜化等四種復(fù)合困境。受限于自身的局限性,科層治理和市場治理等傳統(tǒng)社會治理模式難以應(yīng)對轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期社會治理過程中的復(fù)合困境�；趯鹘y(tǒng)社會治理模式的反思,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化治理以反思理性的"復(fù)雜人"為邏輯起點(diǎn),通過構(gòu)建多種形式的社會治理網(wǎng)絡(luò),避免了傳統(tǒng)社會治理模式的局限性,在一定程度上能夠破解轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期中國社會治理中的復(fù)合困境,所以,創(chuàng)新社會治理實(shí)踐,推動社會治理現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化治理可以成為可資利用的有益嘗試。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of social governance, networked governance can adapt to the effective governance of complex and uncertain society. It has some characteristics of "risk society", such as value fragmentation, diversification of subject, intractability of object and complexity of medium. The traditional social governance models such as hierarchical governance and market governance are difficult to cope with the complex predicament in the process of social governance in the transitional period. Based on the reflection of the traditional social governance model, the logical starting point of network governance is to reflect the rational "complex person". By constructing various forms of social governance network, the limitation of traditional social governance model is avoided, and the complex dilemma in Chinese social governance can be solved to a certain extent. Therefore, the practice of social governance is innovated. To promote the modernization of social governance, network governance can become a useful attempt.
