【摘要】：近年,我國發(fā)生了多起造成廣泛社會影響的重大鄰避運動。在此情況下,經(jīng)歷過重大鄰避運動的城市民眾的抗爭意愿是否也會隨之提高呢?基于全國民調(diào)數(shù)據(jù)的分析結(jié)果表明,與未發(fā)生鄰避運動的城市相比,發(fā)生過鄰避運動的城市的民眾抗爭意愿不升反降。通過進一步回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),地方政府環(huán)�？冃窃斐蛇@一差別的核心因素。由此,鄰避運動的發(fā)生一定程度上有助于提高政府的環(huán)�？冃�,降低民眾的抗爭意愿,進而實現(xiàn)政府與民眾之間的良性互動。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been a number of major neighboring avoidance movements that have caused extensive social impact in China. Under such circumstances, will the will of the urban people who have experienced the major neighborhood avoidance movement also increase with it? The results of analysis based on the national poll data show that, compared with the cities where the neighborhood avoidance movement has not taken place, the people's will to protest in the cities where the neighborhood avoidance movement has occurred has not risen but declined. Further regression analysis has found that, The environmental performance of local government is the core factor of this difference. Therefore, the occurrence of neighborhood avoidance movement can help to improve the environmental performance of the government to some extent, reduce the people's will to fight, and then realize the benign interaction between the government and the public.
