【摘要】：在社會(huì)不斷發(fā)展和變化的大背景下,少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的利益訴求和社會(huì)矛盾呈現(xiàn)增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),同時(shí)出現(xiàn)了一些規(guī)模性和劇烈性較大的群體性事件,極大影響著我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,進(jìn)而對(duì)我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)現(xiàn)有的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定處理方式提出了更高的要求。因此從社會(huì)治理的角度研究我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題對(duì)推進(jìn)我國(guó)社會(huì)長(zhǎng)治久安,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)具有重要的意義。本文從四個(gè)方面研究了我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題。第一章,分析和闡述研究的背景、綜述及內(nèi)容與方法。第一部分為研究背景,主要探討了本論文選題的由來(lái)及其所具有的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義；第二部分為研究綜述,總結(jié)并闡述了新世紀(jì)以來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)界內(nèi)的關(guān)于本論文相關(guān)問(wèn)題的研究成果；第三部分,論述本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究方法。第二章,對(duì)本論文所研究問(wèn)題的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行科學(xué)界定,探討少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題相關(guān)的理論淵源。首先,分別準(zhǔn)確界定了少數(shù)民族地區(qū)、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定及少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的概念,明確本文的研究對(duì)象；其次,分別對(duì)本論文所研究問(wèn)題所運(yùn)用到的馬克思恩格斯、列寧及中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定理論、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)理論、社會(huì)治理理論進(jìn)行闡述。第三章,對(duì)我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行科學(xué)的梳理和分析,探討影響少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題的因素。全面審視我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的基本情況,并分析總結(jié)了可能導(dǎo)致我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)不穩(wěn)定的因素。第四章,聯(lián)系我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)制度完善、社會(huì)全面發(fā)展和具體實(shí)施路徑三個(gè)方面提供對(duì)策思路,為政府決策提供參考依據(jù),最大限度地促進(jìn)我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the continuous development and change of society, the demands for interests and social contradictions in minority areas have shown an increasing trend, and at the same time, there have been some mass incidents of greater scale and intensity. It has a great impact on the social stability of minority areas in our country. Therefore, from the perspective of social governance, the study of social stability in minority areas in China will promote the long-term stability of our society. It is of great significance to realize Chinese Dream. This paper studies the social stability of minority areas in China from four aspects. Chapter 1, Analysis and elaboration of the research background, summary, content and methods. The first part is the research background. This paper mainly discusses the origin of the topic, its theoretical and practical significance; the second part is a summary of the research, summarizes and expounds the domestic and foreign academic circles since the new century on the relevant issues of this paper research results; the third part, This paper discusses the research contents and methods of this paper. The second chapter scientifically defines the related concepts of the problems studied in this paper, and probes into the theoretical origin of the social stability problems in minority areas. The concepts of ethnic minority areas, social stability and social stability in minority areas are defined, and the research object of this paper is clarified. Secondly, Marx and Engels are applied to the problems studied in this paper. The theory of social stability, the theory of risk society and the theory of social governance put forward by Lenin and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China. This paper probes into the factors that affect the social stability in minority areas, examines the basic situation of social stability in ethnic minority areas in China, and analyzes and summarizes the factors that may lead to social instability in minority areas in China. Chapter 4th, According to the present situation of social development in minority areas of our country, this paper provides the countermeasures from three aspects: the perfection of the system, the all-round development of the society and the concrete implementation path, and provides the reference basis for the government to make the decision. To promote social stability in ethnic minority areas to the maximum extent possible.
