【摘要】：當前國家政權(quán)建設需要在推進國家治理體系與治理能力現(xiàn)代化的過程中,通過公共規(guī)則與制度來規(guī)制國家行為,實現(xiàn)國家與社會的權(quán)力、利益互賴,從而完成現(xiàn)代國家的建構(gòu)。在對相關文獻進行梳理的基礎上,重點探討國家政權(quán)建設研究中的國家主導取向、國家-社會關系取向與制度建構(gòu)取向,以及這一進程中的國家治理結(jié)構(gòu)、治理效能等核心議題,并對國家政權(quán)建設的研究取向、議題與方法做進一步思考是十分必要的。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, the current state power construction needs to regulate state behavior through public rules and systems, to realize the power of the state and society, and to rely on each other's interests. In order to complete the construction of modern state. On the basis of combing the relevant documents, this paper focuses on the orientation of state leading, the orientation of state-social relations and the orientation of system construction in the research of state power construction. It is necessary to make further consideration on the research orientation, issues and methods of the construction of state power, as well as the core issues of national governance structure and governance effectiveness in this process.
