【摘要】：在一定社會形態(tài)和歷史發(fā)展條件下,殘疾人社會福利的實現(xiàn)程度,受到殘疾模式和福利模式共同影響。這"兩種模式"之間如何相互影響,匹配性如何在學界卻鮮有研究。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn):"兩種模式"在一定社會歷史條件下相互匹配,其匹配度與殘疾人福利水平呈正相關關系。目前我國殘疾人社會福利水平不高,究其根本是殘疾模式與社會福利模式出現(xiàn)錯配。因此,通過研究殘疾人社會福利理念和政策的調整配對,尋找到"兩種模式"的匹配點,具有重要的理論價值和實踐價值,將有助于從根本上提高殘疾人福祉水平。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of certain social formation and historical development, the degree of realization of the social welfare of the disabled is influenced by both the disability model and the welfare model. However, there is little research on how to match in academic circles. Through the research, it is found that "two modes" match each other under certain social and historical conditions, and the matching degree is positively related to the welfare level of the disabled. At present, the level of social welfare of the disabled in China is not high. Therefore, by studying the adjustment and matching of the concept and policy of social welfare for the disabled, it is of great theoretical and practical value to find the matching points of the two modes. It will help to fundamentally improve the level of well-being of the disabled.
