【摘要】：將我國(guó)同鄉(xiāng)商會(huì)興起的背景與原因分為基礎(chǔ)層和具體層能讓這一問(wèn)題的答案更清晰�；A(chǔ)層的背景與原因解釋商會(huì)興起,具體層解釋哪種形式的商會(huì)興起。具體層的分析顯示,既有的商會(huì)管理體制和利益糾葛如一地一業(yè)一會(huì)等制度阻礙了民營(yíng)企業(yè)成立行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和綜合性商會(huì)。在異地溫州的示范帶領(lǐng)下,異地經(jīng)營(yíng)的企業(yè)家基于其可供選擇的社會(huì)關(guān)系紐帶,紛紛選擇同鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系作為組織紐帶,既有現(xiàn)實(shí)的利益需要,也能部分滿足其情感溝通與心理歸屬。同鄉(xiāng)商會(huì)的興起一方面未直接威脅行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的地位,另一方面也未威脅工商聯(lián)的地位,反而因其大多被納入工商聯(lián)系統(tǒng)而得到工商聯(lián)的支持。在現(xiàn)實(shí)功能層面,同鄉(xiāng)商會(huì)有利于地方政府招商引資、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作和對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行管理而得到地方政府的大力支持。
[Abstract]:Dividing the background and cause of the rise of the chamber of commerce in the rural areas of our country into the basic layer and the specific layer can make the answer to this question clearer. The background and reason of the basic layer explain the rise of the chamber of commerce, and the concrete layer explains the form of the chamber of commerce. The analysis of the specific level shows that, The existing management system of chambers of commerce and conflicts of interests such as "one place, one industry, one association" and so on have prevented private enterprises from setting up trade associations and comprehensive chambers of commerce. On the basis of the social ties they can choose, entrepreneurs in different places choose the rural relationship as the organizational link, which has the realistic interests and needs. On the one hand, the rise of the Rural Chamber of Commerce did not directly threaten the status of trade associations, on the other hand, it did not threaten the status of the Federation of Industry and Commerce. On the other hand, it is supported by the Federation of Industry and Commerce because most of them are brought into the system of the Federation of Industry and Commerce. At the practical function level, the Chamber of Commerce in the countryside is in favor of the local government to attract investment, regional economic cooperation and the management of enterprises, so they are strongly supported by the local government.
