【摘要】："社會(huì)組織去行政化"是政府引導(dǎo)社會(huì)組織有序參與社會(huì)治理的重要內(nèi)容,尤其是當(dāng)十八大和十八屆三中全會(huì)提出實(shí)施政社分開(kāi)以來(lái),"社會(huì)組織去行政化"的學(xué)術(shù)探索對(duì)實(shí)踐中的社會(huì)組織能否去行政化以及如何去行政化具有重要的理論指導(dǎo)意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量方法,對(duì)2005年至2014年十年間社會(huì)組織去行政化學(xué)術(shù)成果進(jìn)行研究分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):社會(huì)組織去行政化的研究雖取得了一定的成果,但仍存在一些問(wèn)題。社會(huì)組織去行政化的研究,一方面應(yīng)當(dāng)努力提升研究層次,另一方面在研究?jī)?nèi)容上聚焦社會(huì)組織去行政化的影響、現(xiàn)狀、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、前提以及聚焦社會(huì)組織去行政化后的相關(guān)問(wèn)題等方面。
[Abstract]:"De-administration of social organizations" is an important content for the government to guide social organizations to participate in social governance in an orderly manner. Especially since the third Plenary session of the 18 and 18 CPC Central Committee put forward the separation of government and society, the academic exploration of "social organization deadministrative" has important theory on whether social organization can be deadministrated and how to deadministrate in practice. This paper adopts the method of literature metrology, Through the research and analysis of the academic achievements of social organization deadministration from 2005 to 2014, it is found that although some achievements have been made in the research of social organization deadministration, there are still some problems. On the one hand, we should try to raise the level of research, on the other hand, focus on the impact, status quo, standards, premise and related issues of the deadministrative of social organizations in the research content.
