【摘要】：流動(dòng)人口城市社區(qū)融合是流動(dòng)人口社會(huì)融合的重要組成部分。作為整合、聯(lián)結(jié)、引領(lǐng)與培育社會(huì)組織的公益孵化器在促進(jìn)流動(dòng)人口社區(qū)融合方面應(yīng)該也可以大有作為。"新廈門人社會(huì)組織孵化基地"建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明:公益孵化器整合多方資源,搭建集體平臺(tái),擴(kuò)寬了新廈門人參與互動(dòng)的渠道,形成了社會(huì)組織融合功能的規(guī)�；�(yīng);它源于社會(huì)需求,更細(xì)化和回應(yīng)社會(huì)需求,整體調(diào)動(dòng)了新老市民的參與自主性,促進(jìn)了社區(qū)融合資本的形成,實(shí)現(xiàn)了城市社區(qū)的互動(dòng)共治與和諧共融,是推動(dòng)流動(dòng)人口城市社區(qū)融合的載體創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The urban community integration of the floating population is an important part of the social integration of the floating population. The public welfare incubator that leads and cultivates the social organization should also have great success in promoting the integration of the floating population community. The experience of the construction of the "New Xiamen people's Social Organization incubation Base" shows that the public welfare incubator integrates various resources and builds a collective platform. It broadens the channels for new Xiamen people to participate in the interaction, and forms the scale effect of the social organization fusion function; it originates from the social demand, further refines and responds to the social demand, and mobilizes the participation autonomy of the new and old citizens as a whole. It promotes the formation of community integration capital, realizes the interactive co-governance and harmonious integration of urban communities, and is the carrier innovation to promote the urban community integration of floating population.
