【摘要】：政府大數(shù)據(jù)能力是指政府對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的獲取、處理和應(yīng)用的能力,是影響政府治理現(xiàn)代化的重要因素。當(dāng)前,中國(guó)政府大數(shù)據(jù)能力建設(shè)還處在起步階段,面臨一系列瓶頸問(wèn)題。為此,需要從政府規(guī)劃、政策法規(guī)、技術(shù)、人才等方面著手來(lái)提高政府大數(shù)據(jù)能力。
[Abstract]:The ability of government big data refers to the ability of the government to obtain, process and apply the data, which is an important factor affecting the modernization of government governance. At present, the Chinese government big data capacity building is still in its infancy. Facing a series of bottleneck problems, we need to improve the ability of government big data from the aspects of government planning, policies and regulations, technology, talents and so on.
