合肥財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)院學(xué)生報(bào)考公務(wù)員現(xiàn)象調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:從1994年我國(guó)實(shí)行公務(wù)員考試制度至今,報(bào)考公務(wù)員考試的人數(shù)是越來(lái)越多,公考熱已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本文結(jié)合近年來(lái)報(bào)考公務(wù)員人數(shù)的變化趨勢(shì)分析公考熱背后的原因及影響。以及目前在國(guó)家對(duì)公務(wù)員政策調(diào)整的背景下,調(diào)查研究合肥財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)院作為高職高專類大學(xué)生報(bào)考公務(wù)員的具體表現(xiàn),分析其原因并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。本文主要闡述了我國(guó)公務(wù)員制度的發(fā)展以及大學(xué)生報(bào)考公務(wù)員現(xiàn)象的興起于發(fā)展、大學(xué)生報(bào)考公務(wù)員的表現(xiàn)。在借鑒前人文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析大學(xué)生報(bào)考公務(wù)員熱現(xiàn)象所帶來(lái)的積極影響和消極影響。對(duì)于合肥財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)院的學(xué)生報(bào)考公務(wù)員現(xiàn)象的調(diào)查首先采用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方法對(duì)即將畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生隨機(jī)發(fā)放200份問(wèn)卷,對(duì)有效回收的188份問(wèn)卷實(shí)施分析。其次采用訪談法有針對(duì)性的對(duì)6個(gè)班級(jí)在綜合測(cè)評(píng)中分?jǐn)?shù)的高、中、低三個(gè)層次的學(xué)生進(jìn)行訪談,每班分別是2人。通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生報(bào)考公務(wù)員出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,首先,我國(guó)的公務(wù)員考試制度還不夠完善。其次,學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)的不足。最后就業(yè)形勢(shì)的壓力。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出了引導(dǎo)學(xué)生理性報(bào)考公務(wù)員的對(duì)策:第一,完善公務(wù)員制度。第二,學(xué)校改變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)模式,完善就業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系。第三,轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)生就業(yè)觀念,加強(qiáng)思想道德教育等方面來(lái)對(duì)學(xué)生的擇業(yè)和報(bào)考公務(wù)員意向進(jìn)行科學(xué)指導(dǎo),促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 1994, the civil servant examination system has been put into practice in our country, and the number of people applying for the civil servant examination is more and more. Public examination fever has become a hot social issue. This paper analyzes the reasons and effects behind the public examination fever combined with the changing trend of the number of civil servants in recent years, and at present, under the background of the adjustment of the national civil servant policy. This paper investigates and studies the concrete performance of Hefei Institute of Finance and Economics as a civil servant of higher vocational college students. This paper mainly expounds the development of our civil service system and the rise and development of the phenomenon of college students applying for civil servants. The performance of university students applying for civil servants. On the basis of reference of previous literature. This paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of the hot phenomenon of college students applying for civil servants. The investigation of the phenomenon of students applying for civil servants in Hefei Institute of Finance and Economics first adopted the method of questionnaire to random the college students who are about to graduate. 200 questionnaires were distributed. The effective recovery of 188 questionnaires to carry out the analysis. Secondly, the use of interviews targeted at 6 classes in the comprehensive assessment of high, middle, low three levels of students to interview. There are two students in each class. Through the statistical results, we find the problems of university students applying for civil servants. Firstly, the examination system of civil servants in our country is not perfect enough. Secondly. The shortage of students' own quality and the pressure of the employment situation. In view of these problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures to guide students to apply for civil servants rationally: first, to perfect the civil service system; second, to change the training mode of talents in schools. Third, change students' employment concept, strengthen ideological and moral education to guide students to choose a career and apply for civil servants' intention to promote the harmonious development of society.
