【摘要】：當(dāng)前,社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,體制改革進(jìn)程也在不斷推進(jìn),轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能成為我國(guó)當(dāng)前的重要任務(wù)。2013年,黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)指出,"切實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能,深化行政體制改革,創(chuàng)新行政管理方式,增強(qiáng)政府公信力和執(zhí)行力,建設(shè)法治政府和服務(wù)型政府"。近幾年來(lái),政府的職能逐步轉(zhuǎn)變,本文主要對(duì)當(dāng)前學(xué)會(huì)公共服務(wù)能力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,并借鑒國(guó)外學(xué)會(huì)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),最終提出對(duì)我國(guó)學(xué)會(huì)提升公共服務(wù)能力的思考。
[Abstract]:At present , the socialist market economy is rapidly developing , the process of institutional reform has been continuously advancing , and the transformation of government function has become the current important task in our country . In 2013 , the party ' s 18th Third Plenary Session stated that " effectively transforming the government function , deepening the reform of the administrative system , innovating the administration mode , building the rule of law government and service - oriented government " . In recent years , the function of the government has gradually changed . In recent years , the paper mainly analyzes the ability of the public service of the current society , and draws on the experience of the development of the foreign society , and finally puts forward the thinking on how to improve the ability of public service in our country .
