【摘要】：目前中國管理學(xué)研究逐漸形成了全盤西化派、洋為中用派、中國式管理學(xué)派等三大流派。但中國管理學(xué)研究存在諸多問題,如今缺乏對中國本土化管理的研究和解讀;在管理實(shí)戰(zhàn)中隱藏著經(jīng)濟(jì)人、機(jī)械人的簡單假設(shè);研究目標(biāo)遠(yuǎn)離“人本主義”命題;研究內(nèi)容重工具輕視本質(zhì)規(guī)律、重流程分析輕視哲學(xué)總結(jié);研究方法不恰當(dāng)、研究結(jié)論缺少實(shí)用價(jià)值。采用回歸儒家人倫文化母體,引入《易經(jīng)》的全息方法論,重視人性、人與人、人與事、人與物之間關(guān)系的研究,這是中國管理學(xué)未來發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:At present, the study of Chinese management has gradually formed three schools: the overall westernization school, the foreign school of Chinese use, and the Chinese school of management. However, there are many problems in the study of Chinese management, so there is a lack of research and interpretation of local management in China; there are simple assumptions of economic man and robot hidden in the management practice; the research goal is far from the proposition of "humanism"; the research content emphasizes tools and despises the essential law and the process analysis despises the philosophical summary; the research method is inappropriate, and the research conclusion is lack of practical value. It is the future development direction of Chinese management to return to the matrix of Confucian human relations culture, introduce the holographic methodology of the Book of changes, and attach importance to the study of the relationship between human nature, human beings, people and things, and between people and things.
