重慶市企業(yè)員工生活滿意度及其相關(guān)因素的分析

【摘要】:采用自編的生活滿意度問卷,對重慶市278名企業(yè)員工生活滿意度及其相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行了調(diào)查.結(jié)果表明:①企業(yè)男女員工成年早、中期生活滿意度總體上沒有顯著的差異.②不同職務(wù)和文化程度的員工生活滿意度總體上差異顯著.③多元回歸分析顯示,只有文化程度的回歸系數(shù)能夠進(jìn)入總體回歸模型,說明文化程度對生活滿意度的預(yù)測性最大.④所有企業(yè)員工生活滿意度問卷平均得分略高于中等強(qiáng)度的值,說明企業(yè)員工總體上對生活是滿意的.
