【摘要】：正今天發(fā)言的題目是"戰(zhàn)略思維和政策建議"。我把戰(zhàn)略思維總結(jié)為"兩線三區(qū)四象法"。關(guān)于智庫建設(shè)這里發(fā)表幾點(diǎn)意見,跟有些老師說的還不一樣。我認(rèn)為,有下面幾點(diǎn):一是關(guān)于高校主建智庫。高�？梢越⒅菐�,高校某些教授也可以參與,這都沒有問題。
[Abstract]:The subject of today's statement is the "Strategic thinking and policy recommendations". I summarized the strategic thinking as a "two-wire three-zone four-image method". There are a few comments about the think-tank construction, and it's not the same as some of the teachers. I think there are some of the following: one is about the university's main construction think tank. The university can set up a think tank, and some professors in the university can also participate, and there is no problem.
