【摘要】:本文概述了國(guó)外關(guān)于人-組織匹配研究的最新發(fā)展。人-組織匹配簡(jiǎn)稱P-O匹配,它強(qiáng)調(diào)組織成員的個(gè)人特征與組織特征之間的相容性。P-O匹配不僅使組織能更好地吸引、選拔和留住高素質(zhì)人才,而且也有利于提高員工工作績(jī)效和滿意感。
