【摘要】：管理學原理是一門應用性很強的學科,教學目標主要是培養(yǎng)學生的管理思維和實踐能力。文章遵循高職教育的培養(yǎng)目標,分析了《管理學原理》教學改革的必要性以及該課程教學過程中存在的問題,提出了課程教學改革的思路。
[Abstract]:The principle of management is a subject with strong application, and the teaching goal is mainly to cultivate students' management thinking and practical ability. Following the training goal of higher vocational education, this paper analyzes the necessity of the teaching reform of the principles of Management and the problems existing in the teaching process of the course, and puts forward some ideas for the teaching reform of the course.
